What exactly is the pilot?
A 30-day, €120 flat pilot for up to 10 users, with full platform access and hands-on concierge onboarding. We help configure your guidelines, set up your team, and deliver a written risk summary on day 25. It does not auto-renew.
How does the €120 credit work?
If you convert to a Business plan after the pilot, the full €120 you paid is credited to your first invoice. So the pilot effectively costs nothing if you continue, and stays a low, fixed cost if you don't.
Is our email content stored or used to train AI?
Never. Email text is processed in memory and discarded immediately after analysis. It is never stored on our servers, never shared beyond the analysis call, and never used to train any model. Everything runs in the EU on Microsoft Azure in Sweden Central.
How long does setup take?
Users can install and start in about five minutes, with no IT ticket needed to begin. For Outlook, an admin deploys the add-in once and every invited user is activated automatically. We handle the rest with you during onboarding.
What happens when the 30 days end?
Nothing automatic. There is no auto-renewal and no card charged in the background. You decide whether to continue to Business, and if you do, your €120 is credited to the first invoice.
