The Service is operated by VerbaPulse OÜ, a private limited company registered in the Republic of Estonia (registry code 17552382, registered office Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia) ("VerbaPulse", "we", "us").
By accessing or using VerbaPulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
VerbaPulse provides an AI-powered language risk detection platform that analyzes email text for potential risks including compliance violations, off-brand language, and policy violations. The Service is delivered via a Chrome Extension, Outlook Add-in, and web dashboard.
VerbaPulse is designed to assist human judgment — it does not replace legal, compliance, or HR review. Analysis results are suggestions, not legal advice.
Access to the Service requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Organization administrators may invite team members and manage access permissions. Each invited user must accept these terms upon activation.
VerbaPulse is sold as a subscription with per-seat pricing. Current plans and prices are listed at verbapulse.com/pricing.
Free trial. New organizations may start a 7-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to begin the trial. Trials include up to 300 analysis checks per organization and are limited to one trial per company. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically.
Billing and renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Adding a seat takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata; removing a seat takes effect from the next billing period.
Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, or something on our side prevented you from using the Service, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we will put it right, including a refund where appropriate.
Price changes. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Changes apply from your next billing period.
For larger organizations we also offer a paid 30-day pilot arranged directly with our team; pilot terms are agreed in writing before the pilot begins.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
You retain ownership of all content you submit for analysis. You grant VerbaPulse a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
VerbaPulse and its underlying technology, models, interface, and documentation are the exclusive property of VerbaPulse. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VerbaPulse does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that detection results will be accurate in all cases.
Language risk detection is an assistive tool. Final decisions regarding communications remain the sole responsibility of the user and their organization.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VerbaPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to VerbaPulse in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate access to the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 90 days following termination before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if we determine you have violated these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to organization administrators by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
