Install from the store
Open Outlook, go to Get Add-ins, and search for VerbaPulse — or have your IT admin deploy it centrally to your entire organization.

Open a new email
Compose a new email or reply, then click the VerbaPulse button in the Outlook ribbon to open the panel. On first use, click Connect account and paste the activation token from your invite email — a one-time step.

Write. Get flagged. Send safely.
As you type, VerbaPulse analyzes your message. Risky phrases are flagged with an explanation. Accept a rewrite or dismiss and move on.

Deploy to your organization

Deploy VerbaPulse to all users at once via Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Takes 15 minutes — no user action required.

  3. 3.Click Deploy add-in → Next
  4. 4.Search "VerbaPulse" in Office Store

In Outlook

Risk analysis, right where you write

The VerbaPulse panel opens alongside your compose window. Analysis runs on demand — no background processing without your action.

Side-panel analysis
A taskpane opens to the right of your email. Results appear by sentence — each flagged phrase shows a risk level and reason.
Risk levels
Each issue is classified as High, Medium, or Low risk. High-risk phrases require explicit dismissal before you can send.
One-click rewrite
Accept a safer rewrite with one click. The suggestion replaces the original text in your draft automatically.

Network requirements
Outbound HTTPS to verbapulse.com on port 443. No inbound connections required.
Data handling
Only the text of composed emails is sent for analysis, on demand. No email metadata, recipients, or subjects are transmitted.
User provisioning
Admins invite users from the VerbaPulse Admin Panel. On first use, each user connects the add-in once with the activation token from their invite email. SSO via Microsoft Entra ID is on the roadmap.
