Frequently asked questions

What counts as a "seat"?
A seat is any user with an active account in your VerbaPulse organisation. You can invite, deactivate or remove users from the Admin panel at any time. Deactivated users are not billed in the following cycle.
Can I change my seat count after subscribing?
Yes. You can upgrade your seat count at any time from the billing portal, the difference is prorated to your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
How does annual billing work?
Business annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate (€24/seat/mo). You receive a single invoice at the start of each year. Enterprise annual billing is arranged as part of your custom contract.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Bank transfer and SEPA direct debit available for annual Enterprise plans, contact us.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, access continues until the end of your paid period. Annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent renewal.
Do you offer a free trial?
Not a free one, but our evaluation offer is designed to be low risk: the €99 Proof-of-Value Pilot gives up to 10 users full platform access for 30 days, with concierge setup included. It does not auto-renew, and if you convert to Business the €99 is credited to your first invoice.
What is the Proof-of-Value Pilot?
A 30-day, €99 flat pilot for up to 10 users with hands-on concierge onboarding, we help configure your guidelines, set up your team, and deliver a risk summary on day 25. If you convert to Business, the €99 is credited to your first invoice. The pilot does not auto-renew.
Is our email content stored or used to train AI models?
Never. Email text is processed in memory and discarded immediately after analysis. It is never stored on our servers, never shared beyond the analysis call, and never used to train any model. See our Security page and Privacy Policy.
Do you offer volume or custom pricing for large teams?
Yes. Teams with 100+ seats, or any team requiring Azure AD SSO or SCIM, are on our Enterprise plan (from €2,500/month). Contact us and we'll put together a proposal.
