NDA Guard

Know who signed an NDA, before you hit send.

VerbaPulse checks every recipient against your signed NDA list and warns you the moment confidential information is heading to someone who never agreed to keep it private.

What it is

Recipient-aware confidentiality, built in

NDA Guard is a recipient-aware compliance feature in VerbaPulse. Before a message leaves, it cross-references the people you are writing to against the confidentiality agreements your organization has on file, then flags any confidential content addressed to someone without a matching NDA.

Most confidentiality failures are not malicious. They happen when a file, a figure, or a forwarded thread reaches one recipient who was never covered. NDA Guard closes that gap at the exact moment it matters, while the message is still a draft.

How it works

Three steps, no change to how your team writes

01
Add your NDA contacts
Upload each signed NDA in the Admin panel and tag the person it covers: name, company, and department. The document stays tied to that contact.
02
Write as usual
Compose in Gmail, Outlook, or wherever your team works. NDA Guard runs quietly in the background. Nothing changes about how you write.
03
Get a warning before it leaves
If a message carries confidential material to someone outside your NDA list, VerbaPulse flags the recipient and can hold the send until you decide.
Why it matters

One wrong recipient can void your protection

An NDA only protects information shared with the people it covers. Send the same details to a recipient who never signed, and that protection may not apply. For deal teams, partnerships, and any group handling sensitive material, the risk is constant and easy to miss in a long thread.

NDA Guard turns your signed agreements into a live check, so the question of whether a person is actually covered gets answered for you, every time.

What you get

Built for how confidentiality actually breaks

Data loss prevention

Stop confidential data before it leaves

VerbaPulse is a pre-send, communication-channel data loss prevention layer: it catches confidential information in an outbound message and the wrong recipient in the compose window, before the message is sent.

FAQ

Common questions

What is NDA Guard?
NDA Guard is a feature in VerbaPulse that checks the recipients of a message against your organization's signed NDAs. If confidential information is heading to someone without a matching agreement, it warns you before the message is sent.
Does VerbaPulse read my emails?
VerbaPulse analyzes the message you are actively writing, in memory, and discards it immediately. Email content is never stored. NDA Guard specifically matches on recipients, not on the body of your message.
Where are the NDA documents stored?
Signed NDAs are uploaded in the Admin panel by your organization and tied to the contact they cover. They are managed by your compliance or admin team, not by individual users.
Can it check more than one recipient at a time?
Yes. NDA Guard checks every recipient on the message, across the To, Cc, and Bcc fields, and flags any that are not covered by a signed NDA.
Does it work in Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. VerbaPulse works inside Gmail, Outlook, and other text fields through the Chrome extension and the Outlook add-in.
